Oops, it’s not quite right! How can I return or exchange?
If you are not completely satisfied with your all things bean online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn/unwashed or defective items,within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Please send original invoice with return shipment. (If you received as a gift, please provide name of gift giver). Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid, preferably United Parcel Service(UPS) or USPS with a tracking number . Your card will be credited upon receipt of your return/exchange (less the initial shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be emailed to you.
Merchandise returned after 7 days of receipt of purchase will be given current store price credit. all things bean will refundshipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Holiday, seasonal and custom-made products will be given online store credit only. Any credits will be issued in the form of a unique code to be used at checkout in your return amount.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact us via email or phone (303.941.4531 or firstname.lastname@example.org) with the reason for your return or exchange.
- Repack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible, with the original invoice.

- For your security, please return your item with an insured courier who provides tracking. (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt. allthingsbean.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
